There are two easy ways to reset your learner's password:


Option 1: Via the Login Page

If your learner has an email address linked to their account, they can click the 'Forgot my password' link on the main CENTURY login page to receive a reset link.


Option 2: Via Your Guardian Account

  1. Log into your Guardian account and navigate to the My Subscription page.

  2. Find the learner whose password needs updating, and click the three dots

  3. Click the 'Change Password' button and set a new password.


Note: All passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
